Subscription

Subscription Plan

Paid subscriptions are divided into two plans: monthly and annual subscriptions. Regardless of the plan chosen, both plans come with a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically be charged.

Subscription Details

• Under non-paid subscription (basic subscription), free X-credit(s) are automatically replenished daily up to a maximum limit. They do not accumulate and can only be used for image creation.
• Under paid subscription (monthly or annual subscription), X-credit(s) are issued monthly and do not expire. They can be used for all features, including model training.
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, acccording to the type of subscription.

Change Subscription

Users can change their subscribed paid plans. If a monthly subscription is changed to a yearly plan, the change will take effect from the next billing month. If a yearly subscription is changed to a monthly plan, the change will take effect from the next billing year.

Cancel Subscription

• When a paid plan is subscribed, it can be canceled.
• After canceling the subscription, you will continue to enjoy the plan benefits until the next billing date. No automatic charges will be made until the billing date.
• If you have canceled your subscription, you can resubscribe before the next billing date. Once you resubscribe, the plan will continue on the next billing date, and your experience will not be interrupted.
